This tour is a mix of ancient history and wildlife. It comprises of a visit to one of Sri Lanka’s oldest cave temples. You will then be taken to Sigiriya, what some call the 8th wonder of the world. Finally, you will visit a national park to see wildlife in their natural habitat.

This temple which is located at the geographical center point of Sri Lanka is built in style of a south Indian Temple. The temple’s richly decorated stone block walls are though to have been fashioned during the 8th to 11th centuries.

Minneriya National Park is mostly famed for the large numbers of Sri Lankan elephants that gather. In the dry season- there have even been herds as large 300 reported. The gathering of Elephants in Minneriya National Park is the largest seasonally recurring concentration of wild elephants found in the world.
